Along with a fluke 4th down run by their punter that resulted in on of their touchdown drives. Personally if the game was played again I think it would be worse. Not sure how Stewart’s Creek managed to lose. Antioch is much improved but not sure im confident enough to call them a good team.

Talked to a SC parent and they said it was a chin check. Kids didn’t take them serious and they found out that water is wet.

I think this is their first one. Best freshman game I’ve seen in a while. PC had chances to win but dropped the WIDE OPEN TD balls and to many turnovers. PC freshmen got a real gut check yesterday. Lawson kids showed some heart. Even had to nerve stomp on the firebird lol. Time to hit the weight room get ready for spring track. Congratulations to a few who gets called up to varsity.

We didn’t, we’re 3-0 against metro this year, but that ain’t saying much. After seeing EN lose to Smyrna I’m only impressed by Pearl. Antioch coaching staff is the difference maker, and that QB is a true baller, unfortunately for him… his supporting cast isn’t up to par.  he will be a power 5 qb before all is said and done. We had a bad game and it should’ve been a bit more lopsided, but props to Antioch, they’re much improved and they finally have a coaching staff that can utilize their talent.

I was very impressed with Antioch’s QB last night. He looks special as a freshman, right?  It will be interesting to see their growth over his next few years.

UPDATED WEEK 8

1. PC  - Held some kids out this week but got a key player back on offense for the first time this season. 4th Shut out

 

2. East- Young and making young mistakes. Still think they have a chance to make it back to the state championship.

3.Hillsboro - Never short of talent to be great. They just have to put it all together.

4. Antioch- Finally got to see them in person. It’s a young team being lead by a freshman QB. Size wise they’re not that big but some kids play hard. Will need to hit the weight room hard this off season. They remind me of Mcgavock team from last year just smaller

PC - won't be challenged no more until 4th round, region play is terrible. 

EN-Why do yall keep saying East is young, because they are not. Don't make excuses for them. DL- Sr JR

LB SRs JR 1 Sophomore who started last year, Secondary all seniors, OL All seniors and JRs, QB Jr, RB Sophomore , WR Jrs and Seniors. So where is the youth at? 

Hillsboro has no Offense at all.

Antioch is still Antioch with a QB that won't be there next year..
