^^^Gallatin has been bringing in quality freshman for a while now, ready to see that translate to varsity. Talent isn't the issue at GHS.

I hope they let Williams stay as long as he wants 😂

For real though, if the right guy ever gets that job... Everyone else better pack it up because it's over

Agreed with Yalfan, way too many mistakes

The good- Defense played well holding the Stars out of the end zone and to only 125 yards total offense. Played over 20 guys in the first half on both sides of the ball which contributed to 4th qtr performance. In addition to a typical Hughes night Carver and Schwerdt chipped with almost 100 yards.

Opportunities- Need to get better in the offensive line and at receiver. Coker went 7-15 but with at least 5 drops could have been a lot more productive in the passing game and built the lead even bigger. Too many penalties with 7 for 55. Big one negated a 60 yard PR for a TD by Carver in the first half.

Hats off to Siegel for how hard their players played the entire game. It was obvious Murray was not 100% and he only carried it 3 times. The DL Anderson is a stud who we could not block for most of the night. Also the Kicker Smith was very good kicking 3 FG and putting all kick offs except one in the end zone. Back to work Monday for one of the best 5-A teams in the state in Cane Ridge. Experienced, big, fast, and physical. Will have to play much better than last night to have a chance to win.

Was the Hendersonville QB injured?

    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
    • Are you trying to say you didn't find Seven and ShadySlim going at it?
