Hearing a lot about Chloe Moore from greenfield. I know she was a stud in middle school. Ready to see them play GC and see how she does when Smithson is in her pocket all night. She can really frustrate the best players. Held Mayberry to 4 points I believe Tuesday night. Also hoping justyce white gets going a little better. Been struggling a little as the primary scorer seeing a ton of double teams. Edited by westtnsportsfan

The nights I've seen Justyce, I'd say she's doing pretty well as primary scorer with everyone collapsing on her...

Very unselfish player as well!

I think she's averaging around16-18 points per game

Around 38-40% from 3, 70% from 2, & 90% from the line..

Great passer and probably around 8-10 rebounds per game...

I'd also say, Coach Wilkins is doing a great job moving her around and finding ways to get her open...

Completely agree! Wasn't saying she is playing bad. Just said that she has the talent to being even better and that could mean good things for GC with the way Wilkins has the young girls playing.

GC will be fine by tournament time. Not a lot of separation this year in our district. White will be on her game as usual and the fresh/soph's are coming along fine. Moore & Darby take Greenfield to another level. Peabody goes as Mayberry does. I don't know what's up with Bradford. South Fulton has a couple of players too, but I don't think they know how to really win yet.

One last post here on the topic...GC could make state again as long as they develop another guard or two.  Post season is all about having a few good guards that can handle the rock and the pressure.  White is solid night in and night out!  They have a really good guard in Smithson with experience and several young possibilities.

Chloe did quite well with Smithson " in her pocket all night ". The kid's a beast !!!

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
