Patriots will take the 3hr bus trip down I-840/I-40 to Brownsville. 

 

The Good... No school in Rutherford County due to Fall Break.

 

The Bad... No school before the trip. 

 

Interesting to see how this one shakes out.

Oakland should win this game, but it will not be a blowout. Haywood is apparently a lot more physical, faster, and a little bigger. I do like the fact that Oakland is coming to Brownsville to play Haywood.

Haywood is a very good team. Wouldn't be surprised if they mess around and make a ballgame out of this. Still I'll take Oakland 38-21

Oakland has shut out 4 of their 6 opponents so far this year and had only given up 20 points total in those 6 games. They have put the running clock on all 6 opponents by early in the 3rd quarter. This game wont be much different even though Haywood is undefeated. This one will be a run away also. Haywood has given up a lot of points this year even though they have won all of their games. It all comes to an end for them this week. Oakland has too much strength and depth for the Tomcats to keep up. Oakland 56 Haywood 7 with the clock running again..
