Macon had an excellent game plan , controlling clock and taking away big plays for Springfield. Carlisle is a football player who can control a game if you let him . Hats off to Macon Co on a big win.

Does Springfield not have a decent field goal kicker? I can see going for two in a non-region game; or, at least in a region game in which the outcome had no post-season implications. Was a key Springfield player hurt during the game? Because that might be another reason I try to win in regulation. Otherwise, I go for the PAT and decide it in overtime.

Congrats to MC for a tough win on the road none the less, I have no issue with SP going for 2, they just couldnt get going on offense the entire game and had just scored so they attempted to capitalize off the momentum and rolled the dice.....

Curious...with a name such as MCHS9596 one would assume you are a Macon County High School Alumni so what is your problem with the Tigers and their winning season?

The two point call was the right one at that point in the game. The play call was excellent but the receiver dropped the ball. It was your basic run before you catch it. He would have walked into the end zone.
