Slim88
If Camden wins out they win the region. Nothing else will matter as far as first place goes.its goes by region wins and losses over season. Cheatham beat Camden they both have one loss in the region. Camden can win out fairview can 2-1 and Cheatham can win out and they would have one loss in the region. 3 way region tie. So no Camden doesn't win the region automatically if they win out. vandyfan1
would be a 3 way tie in the region. Camden has 2 losses. 2 of them to teams fairview beat. Fairview would have one loss if they go 2-1 in the next 3 games. 3 way tie winner goes to the best overall season record. So even if Camden wins out their 8-2 doesn't trump a 9-1So it don't matter who beats who in the region just by record in the region?
Slim88
So it don't matter who beats who in the region just by record in the region?region record is over regular season. If Cheatham has gone undefeated in the region and lost all out of region games they would still be region champs over someone with a better over all record but with a loss in the region. Bamapappy
Fairview: win out and region champ Cheatham: beat Harpeth and east and guaranteed 2nd regardless would need Fairview to lose twice for 1st Camden: win out and have Cheatham lose Harpeth: win out and have Camden lose. Pretty sure this would be the pathways for first place in region without getting into all the tie breaker stuff. 3 way tie: overall record gets first place, then you go head to head for 2nd and 3rd. Hey howdoitknow is this all correct? Edited October 12, 2016 by Bamapappy
Swarm
I'm going to make this real simple for everyone. 1. Fairview 2. Cheatham 3. Camden 4. Harpeth
buckeyeball
So Sycamore can't make the playoffs now?
Swarm
So Sycamore can't make the playoffs now?If they beat Camden Friday they are still mathematically alive I think. I predict a Camden victory 28-7 based on what I've seen. Sycamore will struggle to move the ball on Camden. BoardHater71
So Sycamore can't make the playoffs now? If Sycamore does not beat Camden on Friday night they'll be mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. If Stewart County does not win 2 of the last 3 games against Harpeth, Sycamore, and Camden then they're eliminated.
BornInTheBackWoods
Well let's just throw this out there for shizz and giggles. Could you imagine if it did come down to a 3 way tie and over all record was the 1st tie breaker...and you are Camden, who decided not to play the make up game from the week 2 monsoon. How pissed would you be? Lol
