I will say, Friday night I overheard someone very close say something that would indicate he was leaving. But then again maybe not...

Most people do leave and go to another job when someone comes along and doubles your pay. I built houses for a living and one day we were hanging drywall and  I left the job site and came back later and my drywall crew was working in the house across the street from mine and one of them yelled at me and said this guy is paying ten cents more a foot.
