Meigs County Football at Forrest

I have said my piece on this matter. I am ashamed to say Forrest did have one player previously mentioned that did not show class, pride or tradition. I seen the gestures that was made toward meigs sideline and was embarrassed by it. I agree this thread needs to be locked and moved on from.

I say dont start it, which Forrest kids did not, but do not back down either.

 

Meigs tried trashing The Rock after losing. That is unacceptable on any level.

What does a still shot show?? Come on A. You need a video to prove it. Do you have still shots prior to ball arriving? I got to have something to go with. Johnny Cochran needs more than this.

There is a highlight video of that play by #8 I saw. It goes out of the frame for just a second when he is on about the 5 yard line. When it gets back into frame you can see the catch. There was no PI in the endzone but I can't say if there was a push between the 5 and 10 yard line. It was a heckuva catch by Wild in double coverage to go up and get it regardless.

simultaneous possession always goes to the offense. Wild is a heck of a player and he had it first, and it may have tried to bounce out thats whe. the other kid grabbed it. Clear td for forrest. Meigs had a chance to sack the qb also. Moot point if he had got him. Hopefully the game doesnt come down to the final minutes friday.

From the video doesn't look like either one had possession of the ball long enough. Was a tough call. Could have went either way
