I heard from a cousin of a friend who sits next to a girl who goes to ORHS that saw  Tee Higgins drawing hearts with Alcoa inside them. Word on the street next to Big Ed's is that Tee has decommitted from Clemson and will attend THE University of Alcoa.

That's just silly. Funny but silly, not sure he would crack the starting line up for the Tornadoes next year anyway. JK . OR fans, he's an amazing player.
