Opinions vary. Where was those loaded teams last year when a team out of the east won it all.

Toughest District in the state is 15A by far! Douglass and MASE both headed to state! Manassas or MAHS could have just as easily made it in substate games vs anybody!

they would beat WEB Dubois! that team has been OVERRATED all season! Everytime they played a tough team they lost!
