TC had to many turnovers on special teams with the kickoff fumble to open the second half and the put return fumble in the 4th Friendship capitalized on TC mistakes still think TC was better team but FC was better team tonight TC special teams need lot of work with just fielding kickoffs and punts

Jackets are probably the better team but unforced turnovers were deadly tonight.  Jackets looked like they were a foot shorter and 50 lbs lighter on both sides of the line. Keep your heads up and get ready for next week.

Westmoreland is what they always been none athletic and no speed Westmoreland was same team TC beat in past two years when TC played them come on now I'm sure TC go to rock pile and give Westmoreland the L

While still trailing by a lot in this long standing rivalry FC has now won 4 of the last 5 meetings.  Glad to see these two playing again.  It definitely should help both teams come November.

From my perspective TC threw it better than I thought they could.  Their QB is unquestionably their best offensive threat.  Reminded me a lot of a skinny Lee Massen yrs ago for FC.

FC was much stronger between the tackles and once McNeal committed to pound the football in the 2nd half instead of running the jet and other runs outside FC took control offensively.

Defensively, the Rankin kid played great for TC.  Likewise, Bostian, Taylor, & Cherry played well for FC.  TC looked tired and physically beaten down by the 4th qrtr.  The bigger, stronger, better team won.

Sounds like I missed a good one. Congrats to FC on the win. Obviously everybody...including the two I watched tonight...need to work on some things. Should only make both teams better.

D2 should be better than d1 has to play with what they don't get to hand pick the kids they want and recruit them or give kids that can't afford the school a scholarship or whatever they do if it was left up to most parents and community D2 school would never be on a D1 schedule

We're just a community D2 school, not really sure what the problem is

The numbers show as a very even matchup. TC had 265 yards (122 passing and 143 rushing) and FC had 237 yards (8 passing and 229 rushing). TC had the ball 24:09 and FC had the ball 23:51.

The difference was the mistakes. TC had the 2 muffs on special teams that gave FC 14 points on a short field. Dropped passes. A bad snap and some miscommunications at the end. All costly.
