Can they do it and beat Jeff Co?  Or are they scared now that Jeff smacked The Hill down?

LOL!  Last night was a great win for Jeff County but I doubt that DB is scared.  Hopefully, Jeff County can make a game of it.

Way to much on the line for Dobyns Bennett not to take care of business.Lose this week and have to go on the road vs a  good team.Win and get a very easy first round home game.

Jeff County benefited from a "down" SH team last night. Heard the Toppers were missing several key players, including a couple starters on the OL. It doesn't excuse the loss, however. Adams had a terrible game and the rest of the team didn't play well either. Coach Carter took the blame and told the JC Press the team wasn't focused. In other words, he basically admitted that they overlooked Jeff County.

If DB plays up to their potential they win by at least 2 touchdowns.

Aren't the "easy 1st round home games" always they scariest for DB? Seems like those are always the ones the Indians seem to lose.

That's what a coach is supposed to do, take the blame for his team not playing well.  Every team has players out, including Jeff County.

If they are #2 in Region 1 they get Maryville in the second round anyway.

Pretty sure DB gets the number1 seed if they win next week because of head to head against Farragut after the SH loss last night.So DB has a real nice opportunity to get to the 3rd round before meeting the machine.
