I’m not sure Lebanon would win a game in Region 3 6A. They might have a pillow fight with Warren Co.

Oakland finished off their season with a 56-7 win over Warren County to finish the regular season undefeated. They finish the season with wins over Maryville, Blackman, Riverdale, Cookeville and Independence. Their average score for the season was 44-11. They were held to a season low 17 points against Maryville but scored 35+ points the rest of the season.

This was a great building season for Lebanon as they went 5-5 for their first winning season and playoff appearance in a decade. A great start for a new coach. However they have dropped off big time here at the end of the season. They struggled to hold off a furious comeback against a 1-9 Station Camp team. They lost 14-19 to Coffee County. They had a very ugly win against 3-7 Wilson Central. Then they got handled tonight 24-7 against Rossview with a home playoff spot on the line.

Maybe so, but this is a program that historically has given Oakland fits. 2008 title team only loss was to Lebanon

Well aware, but those were district foes in 2008 and the programs are in much different places today. #RunningClock
