The only reason Maryville has had the success that they've had is because of the recruiting. They have poached this area for some time. Ex. Dylan Jackson. Played in the CBFO youth league his entire life and then immediately goes to Maryville his 8th grade year. Current #6 for Maryville should be at Bearden. Weak.

Don’t leave out our stellar Coaching Staff Hater. They come from all parts. Except our wonderful Head Ball Coach Derek Hunt and a couple of other assistants.

Believe it or not...in 2013, 4 of the 11 assistants were WB grads. So it's not just players and parents who travel to the dark side 

In all seriousness, though, who wouldn't want to play or coach at Maryville? Their coaching staff has some of the best football minds and men (most importantly) in the state.
