Nah. Just having a little fun. I'm not so sure now it will be Ward. Heard a very big name has applied. Someone whose team already wears purple and likes to spread the ball around.

I did hear the Waverly coach applied or interviewed.  At first when I read purple with a little Gold I was worried that Wheeler or maybe Kirby had applied.  Then I saw where it said spread it around LOL!! That's definitely not them. Even though our QB did have over a 1k yards passing.    Here in Charger Country we really have our eye on who Milan is going to hire.  Ward seems like the logically choice and from what I know he is a really good coach.  I know our OC Kirby worked for him last year running his weight program and putting in the offense they ran this past season.  Kirby came back to Covington in late July and I think it will be a miracle if we are able to keep him, way too good of a coach to just be a Coordinator or Ast. Coach.  He did an outstanding job this year with our offense and a amazing job as the HC at Munford.  If Milan did decide to hire Waverly's coach they would look a lot different on offense..... Milan in the full blown spread I won't believe it until i see it.  But I would be shocked if Kevin Ward is not the Head Coach come August    Go Chargers!
