I mean, the starters played the 1st quarter and 4 minutes in the 3rd.  Subs played the 2nd quarter and from the 4 minute mark in the 3rd until the end of the game.  Didn't press after the 1st quarter.  Stayed inside the three point line on defense from the 2nd quarter until the end of the game.  Not much else you can do.  Were you there, Indian?

Nope. But you can do things to avoid something like that, especially when it's clear from the beginning.

Why do you continuously advocate to bring the sport down to the lowest level, instead of wanting to raise it up to the highest level?   A good team shouldn't be forced to play down to bad competition, nor criticized for not playing down.  If you want feel good, socialist, everybody gets a trophy sports, go watch games at the Y, and stop beating down the good athletes.

Second half, or whenever thought to be the time, Run different people at point, pass multiple times before a shot attempt no matter how open (developing skills for future), don't allow uncontested shots but don't jump the passing lanes aggressively either. Getting easy steals with no problem can actually be a negative. Saw a game this year, 40-1 at halftime, stopped pressing mid first, final was around 48-4. It can be done.

110-23 doesn't do any good for anyone and raises nothing. But fine, maybe the next time there's a matchup like this one of the teams can go for 150 or 200.
