....ND is as young if not younger than the Baylor......if the Irish can bust them in the mouth enuff with their new identity, go injury free, keep the ball off the ground...........then the Fightin Irish might just pull off sumthin that the Irish can talk bout for a long long time

...cant wait to see if the kids have been able to pick up on the new defense the new DC that was HC at St George has installed in the short few weeks hes been here

....line them up cause its HS smashmouth football time and it will b a great night to watch sum old school jags offense...regardless

ND did NOT have more talent on the field last year. That’s pretty funny  

They probably do this year though. I haven’t seen any ND film this year and missed them at the jamboree so the only reason I’m not saying they will for sure win is because I don’t know what they have besides Cam. I will say that last years Baylor team on paper is 28+ better than this years team. But once again that’s on paper. This group may mesh together better. Who knows. That’s why they play the game!

The key will be for ND  to jump out on top and stay on top with Baylor constantly playing catch-up! If it's late it will force Baylor to take risks which could result in an upset!! Good luck Irish!

Spartan you were right !!! and #3 had the worst attitude and is not much of a team player. He has this overly cocky attitude.

Baylor just always plays so sound defensively. You have to have a two way attack to really score on them no matter what athletes they do or don’t have back there.  I was very suprise to see that

The Tinheads are more than a handful no doubt....just ask Catholic North or West! They made both of them look like JV this preseason....no matter what the northern leprechauns want to say.

Pass protectin' sure better be on the agenda, or its gonna be a long night for Ram nation. I think even more important is whether we can stop their offense and get ours on the field. Mine is well fed, well hydrated (no way Pedialyte was that expensive when he was a puking toddler!) and pretty wired up tonight. I sort of like the way he's acting. Sure beats hiding under a rock! Guess we'll see in about 24 hours. Hoping for a good game with no injuries for either side.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
