Should have named it BVD/Devil03. Vs Mavflight...

3 things Mr Domin18.....one, you are so right about the scrimmage.  I had totally forgotten how important and meaningful scrimmages were, i guess at the end of the year their record will read 15-0( but dont forget about the preseason scrimmage vs fulton )

two....i personally havent seen one person bragging about our schedule. with the exception of Betsy, we all recognize that our district schedule is very weak right now

and 3......i would have titled the thread what you suggested, but you suggested it to late. Next time try a little harder to get inside my head and maybe i wont screw up so bad

Remind me how they struggled again?

If you guys gave up 20 points to William Blount, your defense isn't strong enough to stop Greeneville's offensive attack. You better be ready to score more than 33 points to win. And that will be against a defense that has given up only 3 points this year, to two 6A teams.

Bud it’s like arguing with a fence post with these Ac fans. They’d make a preacher cuss

Who comes out of this part of the state will be a favorite but it's not guaranteed. There is no question that Elizabethton and Anderson county are the two biggest threats for the Devils to repeat. We have a super team and I like our odds right now. However, anyone can have a slow start or matchup poorly  like we did last year against both for a while. We are stronger now but AC still has a lot of great weapons and Elizabethton just beat Science Hill.Just rewatched that playoff game on the BVD network and  like coach said ."The Most gutsy game ever at Burley stadium" Man,down 21-0 and 31-14 in the first half was a game many teams would have gave in but not those Devils.

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
