None taken...Scrimmaged and watched Unicoi. If SG can handle SN and CD, they should've handled Unicoi IMO

You know more on those teams then myself for sure. Just assumed that Unicoi being 5-1 they were a good ball club. SG first three opponents combined record is 15-2 just looked at the numbers and thought their schedule may have been tough first three games.

Unicoi is coming along, I think they are a year or two away from making some noise. They have athletes all over the place but they are young like us. When we scrimmage them we did what we wanted, in all truth and honesty.

Please remember the Andrews family in your thoughts and prayers.

Logan Andrews is a friend I grew up with and played ball with all through youth club to high school.

They placed him on the ventilator last night due to a bad heart valve.

Its hard seeing someone you grew up with go through something like that at such a young age.

I will make sure to pray for him and his family. In return I would like you all to pray for a little boy named Creed. He is a little 6 year old boy in my wife's special needs class. He is having a procedure done on his heart today. It  is one of many he has already had since birth. He was born premature. I am not even sure he will make it to adulthood so he needs all the prayers that he can get. On another note: pray for all our high school boys playing on the football field Friday night and that no teams suffer any major injuries. I know Hamptons field will be primed for a good game tomorrow night.

Is he in the med center? I'm over here with my sister.  I'd like to see Tim.  Always thought highly of him

    • Jason Lambert should be the only choice for the Baseball coaching position.
    • From the stats I found online it looks like Gabe Eddington- .484, 44 total hits, 43 runs scored and 42 stolen bases.Meanwhile, on the mound, the Austin Peay commit had a record of 8-2, while compiling 50 innings pitched with an ERA of 1.82. Carson Parrott - 7-0 overall as a starting pitcher with a 1.41 ERA, 95 strikeouts and a save in 53 and 1/3 innings pitched. Parrott hit .392 with 3 home runs, 21 RBIs with a .566 OBP and .716 SLG. Jaxon Walker - .454, 53 hits, 38 RBI’s, 9 HRs.   Not saying the other three aren’t deserving but Quillen had better BA than all three and was just as dominate pitching.  Like I said I don’t know how you leave off the 3a Baseball player of the year last year when he put up better numbers.  I know Greeneville’s Coach wasn’t happy about it saying “I don’t give a s*** what anybody else says. That kid is the best player in Tennessee, and everybody else on our team rises to his level“.  I’m sure winning another State Championship as a junior is more important to Carson than the individual award, it’s just a head scratcher to not be nominated
