oridgecat
If they really took the week off again this year, that is just too hard to believe. Would somebody tell this guy that doing the things it takes to win (like practicing and lifting) cannot be optional. Unbelievable! Governm
As sad as it sounds, this isn't nearly half as bad as what happened last year. Last year, Shad opted not to have practice the week of the Mcminn game. Which meant that the team didn't do any preparation for their Wing-T. And as if that wasn't bad enough, Shad opted to start a QB who hadn't played or practiced in weeks due to injury. The result? The Govs got embarassed by the other worst team in the region. Mcminn had a bad offense and was no threat to pass. WB still couldn't stop them. It was so bad that Mcminn was going for it on fourth and long and getting it every single time. Not passing... Running.... The moral of the story is don't cancel practice the week of what should be a winnable game. Edited October 2, 2018 by FightOnForWilliamBlount91 . wingman10
WB does have two wins. Before the season started, I thought they would get at least 3 wins.
