Only thing that slowed Alcoa down in the 1st half was a holding penalty in the backfield. Every other drive was successful .  Db ate a bunch of clock, but did nothing worthwhile. The difference in the physicality between the two teams was glaringly obvious at the ground level. it was like watching a heavyweight back paddle for three rounds against Mike Tyson in the late 80s and hearing the announcers talk about what a close fight it is. But sooner or later , you knew the other boxer would not be able to run away and it would be over.

DB's offense, which is supposed to be its strength, scored one TD against the Alcoa 1s.

The score was 21-7 at half. DB did a great job milking the clock. Props to them. To go back with the WOULDA, SHOULDA, COULDA stuff is hilarious. Heck, if TN hadn’t played like crap in three games this year, they would be 5-0.  Get outta here with that stuff Blazer.
