Wow, the banter is as intense as ever.  Great job, Upperman Friday against RB.  I too thought it would be a closer game.

Now as to Alcoa.  I have followed these Alcoa teams for years, we have one of our MCentral Alums on the coaching staff there, btw a wonderful young man.  

After watching some of the Upperman vs. Red Bank, I'll say Alcoa should come to Baxter and take care of business.  Of course, my opinions have been worth nothing lately.  Alcoa may have the best team from top to bottom that they have had for years.  Tall order for anyone this year, and this is not intended to be a disrespectful post, just a man that enjoys watching high school and college football.  Alcoa is GOOD, the difference will be, not only do they have the athletes, they have the line to dominate as well.  You are correct, Upperman may see some success with a little ball control, but it would take a mistake free game to compete.  Enjoy your run, it is always fun for your hometown to enjoy the success of the young men that put in so much work.

THEY ARE NOT TRANSFERS! THEY START OUT THERE! Very few high school students transfer to Alcoa. They enroll at Alcoa and they are Alcoa students.

I've set on the visitors side many times just to see and hear their reaction to getting gutted. Its just good down to earth entertainment.
