Didn’t McKenzie have a great QB that played at a high level? That McKenzie team and this Cornersville team are also two completely different style teams. 

This Whitwell team would have been ran off the field by last years GB team.GB was just a good team this year when we lined up last week.Whitwell is a good team but not great.This is just their year were everything fell into place for them and that happens from time to time.Cville last year and i do think Cville is much improved this year.I want Whitwell to bring it home but im thinking Cville will pull out the win,UNLESS Whitwell keeps it within one score then Cville better be on their toes!LOL.You can run on Whitwell and if you can take it from me KEEP DOING IT!LOL.

I agree with you. Greenback wasn’t the same animal this season. Gilbert was better than your kid from Alcoa no doubt about it. Also Willis is really good.  Whitwell has a good team. Just like SP and Greenback have had a lot of years. Every year is different though and you just have to be good enough that season.

I can’t do it. The 2007 Pirates beat Hampton’s beat team ever. Like you said.. the 2005 Hampton team wasn’t great. I remember the 2007 game. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it was 21-7 SP in second quarter. They hadn’t been stopped the whole half. They were driving in to make it 28-7 In the second quarter and didn’t Hampton return a fumble or something? It changed the game. I think it was 28-14 at the half and if that turnover didn’t happen it would have been 35-7 at the half.  Trousdale 2005 was good too. That 2007 SP team seems like had most kids playing only one way too. That helped them a lot.
