Play calling by Powell in the first half wasn’t great either. At the end of the Day Powell was Overall the better team. 

I do feel that with Powell playing a tough game with you guys that it certainly did not help us. But to be honest Powell was with you guys and with us 1 play away from always scoring. We did drop some good passes but still all we could do was hope the time went quickly.  First half was all Mavs but we just missed some opportunities and with this Powell team.....game over if you don't play perfect.

That defense Gave up 48 points and 28 in the 4th alone!

Powell’s Secondary Grew up and made them pay! Better watch out for Jeff County this year! Lol

AC was the better team in the first half, in just about every facet. Powell looked shell-shocked for awhile too. Just when it looked like Powell was ready to take over, AC scores that TD just before the half, which gave them a big lift, and then they added another to start the second half.

AC's kicker is a tremendous weapon. Powell started across their own 20 twice in the entire game, after an INT and a TO on downs (both in the 4th qtr). AC started across their own 40 on all but three drives, I believe. Tremendous advantage for AC.

We knew that Powell had a young secondary, and they played a lot better in the second half. They cut down on the holding penalties as well. That said, Powell has got to find a kicker, or learn how to pooch kick, because the  field position they gave up to AC was awful. Mavs won the field position battle by 30 yards!

Yeah you guys left alot of points and opportunities on the field due to your kicker. Imagine how much advantage that can give you guy's.

Great Job by Powell in the second half. Ac defense is average at best. Playing weak teams in that awful conference hurts them more than they realize.

AC is a pretty good 4a football team. I think they definitely are a playoff team again this year. Interceptions and lack of depth hurt them in the 2nd half. I think you have to keep them up there with Greeneville and elizabethton again this year.

Greeneville's Conference sucks too besides Elizabethton. All those 4a teams up there are horrible.

Just curious what was the net difference in the Greeneville game with Powell

Mostly Better than Acs and the non conference is normally wayyyy better. We were left scrambling for teams this year at the last minute
