We are coming off a huge win where we snatched Victory out of the Jaws of Defeat. A enormous moral boost that my Tornadoes needed heading into Week 4. Booker T Washington is coming to Tornado Alley for a Homecoming match up this week. I don't know anything about this team so Im going to lean on you guys to help me get some kind of perspective as to what to expect. So let's talk about it.

Great bumch of young men but coaching is non existent !! Golden Twisty Boys name the score !!

I can see my Tornadoes improving each week and getting more aggressive with each game we play. But that's how things go here in UC. Im not saying we are going to run the table and go undefeated the rest of the season. Im just saying that we are much better than advertised. We still have plenty of work to do. I see us starting to gel and really running the offense. Hoping for a late season peak and a deep run in the playoffs.

Alright Tornadoes! It is GAME DAY! Time to BUCKLE UP AND ROCK SOME HEADS. You are coming off a huge, hard fought win. LET'S BUILD ON THAT! Booker T Washington is coming to town. DON'T LET THE WARRIORS BREATH. STEP ON THE GAS AND NEVER LET UP. It's Homecoming and there is a dance afterwards but you HAVE SOME WORK TO DO. YOU MUST COMPETE PLAY PHYSICAL AND LIMIT FUMBLES! GO TORNADOES!

      Sorry Barn. I wasn’t specific enough. It seems I’m always protecting the principal at 825. My interactions with her have been extremely positive, but very limited. With all the other stories being told, I’m confident there are other sides I am not aware of. Regardless, there are lots of decent people earning good checks up there. Maybe too good, which explains why no one is willing to speak up. My beef is with the poor communication among the athletic programs and with the administration. Seven years ago the poor communication led to my son missing graduation due to a sporting event that was planned months before. I chalked it up to the system being totally shocked that the baseball team made it out of their district, and our then AD was a football coach. Maybe they were surprised and did not plan appropriately. That was more palatable than they just didn’t give a crap. Déjà vu, seven years later, same thing. Different administration, but same result.  Maybe in seven more years, it will actually be “about the kids”. They should do better.
