MUS, CBHS, and Briarcrest. There use to be a game if the week broadcast by 88.5, but they don't do it this year. I don't know of any other. I don't know if they have any internet links to be honest. However, with the money those schools budget for their football programs, I'm positive they have a streaming link on their school websites. I know they are on the FM dial. Don't ask me the call numbers though. I think they also have HS football on 990 AM, but I'm not certain.
