From what I could see, she was cheering loudly for her team. At this point it was a lost cause and I guess the guy thought that it was time for her to quit so he said something.  Next thing you know,  they are arguing back and forth until the police showed up.  

I've been places where I wish someone would quieten down as well,  but you can't ask someone to quit cheering their team on.
