Meigs at South Pitt

I see the difference in the game is Meigs ability to make first downs. Controlling the line of scrimmage, grinding down the clock and keeping the SP high octane offensive on the sideline. Meigs will have to create some stops on defense, but should be able to move the ball.

Looks that way. We dont put up alot of points in the second half if the games are lopsided like that.

I should have bought a Meigs County program when I was at their game vs Greenback.   They wanted $10.  That's twice what Grider charges.   I believe I counted around a 65 man roster.   They have size across the board.  Speed a plenty.  Guys that can get off blocks quickly and fill the holes along with the ability to run block very well and of course give Swafford plenty of time to do what he does.

You'll notice how Swafford is so calm in the pocket.  He has great field vision.  Can create his own path towards the goal line and is a fierce field General.

Well,  we have roughly a 59 man roster have had a few injuries so we are without 1 or 2 at the moment.  Maybe more.  

We have a good amount of upper classmen and some very nice looking underclassmen as well.  We will rely heavily on those guys with experience that have a lot of games under their belts.

We have some good kids that love and live to play Pirate football.
