Dobyns Bennett Indians host the Farragut Admirals

Well, the Indians appear to be a little banged up at this point but so far depth appears to have been an asset.  How will they fare against the Admirals? Score predictions?

Just a few numbers to think about...

DB (6-0) averaging 38 points per game and giving up 6.  Farragut (3-3) averaging 28 and giving up 25.

I just do not see Farragut scoring much on DB, but this will be the best team DB has faced.     FINAL.....    DB  28,  Farragut 13

Farragut had 24 against Maryville. DB appears to have a pretty good defense but I just don't see them holding Farragut to 13. DB has 5 starters out with injuries. Yeah they seem to have pretty good depth but there's a reason those guys were starters. I'm going to guess the score will be 31-28 with DB winning with a late FG.

I think if Farragut has a chance, they will have to bring their A game... they can’t afford to come out flat or make mistakes. Everyone has injuries, I think that’s just part of football this deep into the season. I’m really looking forward to this game, not so much the long  drive.

Well, welcome to Kingsport Friday - the home of the Indians. The stadium has good food assortment.  Or there's Pal's drive thru.

They sure do have a great food assortment and a beautiful stadium! I’ve been there before and was really impressed!

It's going to be a battle. Farragut is good, DB is good. Both teams are very similar.

DB Defense will have all the pieces back for Friday which will be the biggest factor in the game. The O-line is banged up for sure. If DB can get 300 yards of offense they win. If Farragut can't get more than 150 yards, they loose. If those numbers go the other way, who knows.

Ahh...Like old times. Excitement creeping back into Kingsport. Have you noticed more people talking about the football team than talking about the band.

I would think they would just open a Pal's in the stadium. That would be nice.

Wished I could be in two places at once Friday night, but alas the school I cover in southwest Virginia also has a huge game Friday night and my duties lie there.  I will be checking ScoreStream on my phone intently on Friday night checking updates on this one.  #RollTribe
