This young man played and started for GCA as an 8th grader and I had a family member that also was a senior at the time. I had mentioned to him didn't it seem strange being out of school three years now and there was still one of the kids that played on the team still out there.  He told me then that the young man had transferred to Powell then I saw him on the TV game of the week. I was always curious how he was able to do that but I also wish him the best. It just made me wonder why all the sudden kids were attracting to Powell in droves.

In this case, the young man had an issue with a certain coach at Grace during a game and left the game before it ended. Was enrolled in Powell the next week. Sat the rest of last season. Had more to do with issues at Grace, not what was happening at Powell. I was on the sidelines when all of this took place.

Never really heard about it because I did lose some interest in following them after family member got out plus the private schools going into their own thing playing teams I've never heard of also killed my interest.
