Most districts are now closing so doesn't matter about TSSAA.

I live in Putnam County and just received notification that all Monterey High School activities were cancelled until 4-1-20. I think these activities are pretty much exaggerated!

Why would they cancel this soon?  Childress already said twice that no regular season games had to be played to qualify for post season. They will re-evaluate the situation April 1st & go from there. T$$AA isn't going to pass up a chance for a spring fling if this thing dies down. Now after a certain point in April, if the hysteria has not died down, then it may be canceled.

Expecting schools to be closed much longer than March 31. Will be surprised if there is anymore sports this year.

TSSAA needs to step up their response to this crisis. Hard to believe schools allowed their teams to play yesterday after the governor called for schools to close. ALL of us have to do our part in stopping the spread of this virus.
