Down year for the region. Sequatchie fumbled 5 times last night. Same thing that cost them the Marion game. Region 3 may sweep the first round. Upperman should still win the region again. Only question is can Signal or Brainerd win at Upperman in round 1

Upperman had 5 turnovers also. No reason to fumble. Ever! Thats a lack of discipline. Same way we lost to Livingston last year. If your a competitor you will learn to hang on to the ball. Ridiculous. No excuses. Get better! Interceptions by first year QBs i get. But not fumbles.

Upperman is among the teams that have turned their enrollments in though no numbers have been listed yet. Any idea on their count? UHS going to 4A football or 3A out of four in basketball could shake things up for a lot of teams. 

York, also, I believe they are currently among the smallest playing in 3A football.

809 would probably keep Upperman in 3A football unless several teams lost a lot of enrollment, quickly (which could have happened). I think they'd be 3A out of 4A in basketball with 809.

I've heard that York would stay at 3A even if they could drop down. But with a new coach, this may have changed.

You’d think it would be better travel in 2A unless some of the teams from York to Knoxville switch.
