I'm going to say Hampton takes this region even though I don't have a clue about any of these other teams.  Hampton is usually pretty tough year in and year out.

Now the County is putting a hold on full practice,  Seems like no one from the very top down is will to own this,they all just pass the buck to someone else. We still are not having contact practices in Carter County and Pujo is right nobody wants to step up and say go for it even with the Governors orders
