The Mayflower the Blue Circle and the Brown Cow Drive-In.  Lots of good stuff!  There was also some old dump downtown called the crock pot or something.  Don't ever remember going there I think they went out of business shortly after they opened.  Richard Buckner taught a lot of kids how to fix cars in auto shop.

How about Willie saying he would leave if it was really JA who posted yesterday? Haha

Pretty comical. I know I saw JA at the game. He gave me a fist bump before kick off. He was standing near the 35 yd line at the fence.

Central and Mo-West used to give Murvil fits in the old 4A format. There were some classic games amongst them. WaCO, Batman-What would you say DB’s weaknesses are? I can pretty much guess what WJ is gonna say is their weakness because he has been saying it for quite a while now.

I'll have to let someone much more in the know give away any weaknesses.Even when I went to every practice,I tried to only share common knowledge stuff . That's why a lot of coaches won't let folks watch or record  little Johnny's practice.I got hours of my little Johnny's on tape, permission or not.As a parent, you just never know when the ride will end, so enjoy every practice or game your able to watch.Better edit, The last part was for any parent or grand parents with kids still playing or coming up.

That would have been the Cheese Crock and it wasn't a dump it was a dive. haha Had some really good deli sandwiches and sold Bud and Lowenbrau on draft. I was part owner for a couple years.

    • I have no issues with the Karns Middle School program.   Good coaches and he's with the kids he goes to school with.  He's a rising 6th grader who had to play with 6th grade kids last year because Karns didn't have enough kids for a 5th grade age team.  He's in a good place at this point.   My daughter is a single mom with 4 kids under 11 years old.  We help her out with logistics, so staying in our own area right now is important.  Once he gets to high school age, who knows what happens?  That bridge will be crossed when we get there.
    • I know he was a backup but I thought he filled in well when the starter went down. Never a bad thing to have a change of pace back
    • That would be a good get for them. Lowe always finds a way. Pretty sure they have their Rb from last year returning but not that line of beef
    • One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.
    • If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.
