I think he is a Junior. He is being recruited at big schools as a defensive back by most schools.

He is a JR, and I would bet good money that was out of a wildcat look, but his little bro her is the starting QB

and like most brand new QB's, he makes baffling decisions at times. Good athlete tho.

Last week he played RB, WR, & TE on offense.  I think he played WR more often than not.  He’s either getting the ball or being used as a decoy on most plays.  He’s a Jr.
