Ok I was just looking at Coacht scoreboard from last night and they have Lake Co at 6-4.Not that big a deal but it's just been a strange year. And would think Coach T and the polls would be the same as TSSAA.

Been a very strange year for sure. I think games should only count if played. The team with covid should get a no contest and the other team can count the win if they want.

I'm actually thinking West Carroll will come into this game trying to catch LC napping.Wouldnt surprise me to see them come out throwing the ball just to get LC thinking, then go to the strong run game.LC will have to stop the run and short pass game I believe. On 3rd down,I look for West Carroll to send receivers out then the qb take off.Hoping LC can get West Carroll in 3rd and long.Dont think West Carroll can hit a long play unless blown coverage.Qb seemed to float the ball on longer passes when LC first played them.Think this game will be played with both teams relying on 4 downs.Think if either team is faced with a 4th and 2,they going for it close to midfield.Fourth and 1,think both will go for it if they around the 40.Just think both teams will gamble instead of punting

This game should be a dandy. Really a toss up for me. Think LC wins in a close one but could see WC with the upset (if you can call it an upset as closely matched as you are).

I really don't think if West Carroll wins that it would be a upset. The two teams are evenly matched. LC being at home might be the difference.

Sad to say but penalties could be the difference in this one. If we go on a penaltyfest like we did in the 2nd half of Greenfield we won't win. We have to play mistake free ball like the first 6 quarters we played Greenfield

Same here.Id be willing to bet Lake Co has more penalties than any team in the state during the whole season.Been better last couple games.

    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
