What do the parents do?  What problems have had they had with all of these men?

And parents have that much control of this program for this long??  Same family with multiple kids or does just any Joe Blow that complains have the power to get a coaches job?

Small town politics. That’s the only bad thing about whitwell. Boldin had them buying in but he left

I’d say he did. It’s easy to do when you’re winning. The key is to get folks to buy in during the bad times which is most of the time in WhitWell.

Hire a young coach with a couple of kids old enough to play little league football get involved with the league and you will start getting support from the community and a big plus from the parents
