Agreed. It always seem like it’s “4.4” number as well. It’s never 4.6, 4.7, etc. it’s always 4.4. 
But no one is running a 4.4 in reality.

Trey Spinks of Milan, currently a sophomore RB/DB, was clocked at a union City track meet at 10.87 in the 100yd dash. I know it is 100yd dash and not a 40yd dash. Just wanted to point that out.
