I missed that one it was the game before that, it was a close one. I know Macon and Upperman have had a good run the last few years, but to say Central’s not used to 8AA level is funny and you know it.

I’m not a Central fan and they probably want win. But to say Johnny isn’t used to 8AA level is a little dumb, when Central has some Gold Balls setting in the trophy case.Central beat Macon a few years

Central has had years of success. No doubt about that. Central can compete night in and out because Johnny Morgan is one of the best their is in the state. They would probably be in the top 4 in 8AA i

For those traveling to Lafayette from Athens tonight, if you’re looking for some food we have two really good BBQ but make sure to have cash for them lol. We also have two really good Mexican restaurants and we have a few fast food chains as well. Hope for safe travels and we welcome you to Macon!

      Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?

      Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
