I didn't think of that, but still silly in my opinion.  They could open it up to half capacity and still have plenty of room.

Looks like it was MTSU that set it at 1,000

Northview kept finding a way to win against solid competition in regions and substate, even when she was doubled. They trailed late in those games and found a way to win.  Whether they can maintain that resilience in the State semis or finals may be another thing.

Could have been the worse game played by Northview in the last 15 or so. Hopefully the nerves will be gone tomorrow. Will be a great game with Macon if they play to their abilities. I wouldn’t base a game plan on their performance today

I would like to see Macon win this thing since Covid happened to them last year. The first game is tough on players. All the hype and different gym layout. I air balled my first shot there.

Macon, Westview and Grainger played better than Northview Academy, IMO. Never know they might get hot tomm. though.  Girl from Northview gets the award for being the bravest so far up 1 firing up a three pointer with about 35 seconds left. She made it and all was good. But it was brave. Macon looked pretty good today. They bring a lot of fans for sure. Wide open in AA.

I’m thinking Westview and Macon Co in the championship but it’s the glass house and anything can happen! Looking forward to two good games tomorrow

Go Tigerettes!!!!

Man I had forgotten how much support Macon gives their team. I remember the CPA buzzer beater in the Finals I think in 2013. I set in your section this morning and I thought I was at a Gibson County game. I really enjoyed the passion your fans have.

It always baffles me... A & AA team bring so many more fans than AAA teams. Macon has always given insane support to their kids!

I agree! However you have to remember that A and AA schools are usually from smaller towns and smaller towns have tighter communities that support each other in whatever it might be. I believe the whole town of Greenfield was there the year they won it in A lol!
