No Hancock County Football in 2021

I don’t think they were going to have enough kids come out and play.

That’s sad. I took a group of youth to Sneedville several years ago to do a mission project with the Jubilee Project there in town. It is a beautiful area but very poor. Not much there for the kids to do. I hate to hear this.

Yes most replaced them with southwest VA schools because Hancock typically plays them also so it worked out for a lot of the teams.

Why do you say that. Cloudland, Unaka , Cosby, North Greene, and Jellico are still in the conference.

Jellico is Region 2 now King. Just 4 teams participating in Region 1 this year

I’m pretty sure Jellico appealed and got put back in region 1. On Coacht schedules it shows Jellico in region 1. Maybe you are thinking of your region. It has only 4 teams now. The only region 2 teams Jellico is playing is Sunbright and Oakdale.
