Don't take Heritage for granted. Coach Hammontree lost his son  Cole to covid last week and a football game was the last thing on his mind. Cole was one of the stars on the Maryville 98 state championship team and will always be remembered to Maryville fans as one of our favorite sons. Please pray for the Hamontree family for the loss of their son.

WB should win this game, but I believe it'll be closer than what people will think. Both teams come in 0-3, but I feel like Heritage has played a little bit tougher schedule to this point. We'll see if that helps Heritage to keep it close.

If William Blount comes out ready to play they could beat Heritage by as much as they wanted to. With that being said I haven't seen William Blount come out ready to play much this year. Watching Heritage against Cocke County was the first time in a long long time I had seen Heritage look like the team with the better athletes, and they still couldn't find a way to win. WB has better athletes, and from what I've seen of the Heritage secondary those wide receivers will be wide open waiting for Clemmers throw.

WB should win this one. I liked their quick throws to receivers going down field last week. As their field got smaller when getting around the red zone ending up with two costly interceptions needs to be worked on and some better things may happen in some of the remaining games.

I think the QB was trying to force plays and that's when bad stuff happens. It's better to throw it away and use up a play than it is to throw an interception.

Very interesting how some players could be out and didn't have contact with other players is kind of mind boggling. Goes on every place not just hear.
