Gordonsville @ Stewart County

Gordonsville has filled in their open spot due to Pickett County folding up their football tents by scheduling a trip to Dover, TN.

I know nothing about Stewart County, but I think it should be more of a challenge than Pickett would've been.

Was Pickett fielding a team this year? I remember when they were going to fold up and then had that lady coach them.

I was expecting Stewart Co to be good this year then I look and East Hickman took them to the wood shed.

They were going to, but they quit right before the season started.

Can any of our west TN friends fill us in on Stewart County? Any football history, good places to eat, how is the field etc

Stewart County is a  beautiful place… long drive, but nice. I’d take my boat and go to the lake Saturday if I were you, since it’s right up the road.

Is it a pretty county, and visiting Fort Donelson is nice. The cannon ramparts overlook the river.
