At this point I'm mainly just a fan.  I like it when Knox area schools perform well.  I love it when we win four or five state titles in the knoxville area.  I'd include Alcoa and Marville in that as well.

I just like good high school football. I'd rather watch a high school or college game any day over pro football. Haven't watched a pro game since Payton got out. I sorta pull for schools my son coached/taught at. He played at Powell, coached at AE, Central, and is now at another county school. (not as a coach.) We've gone to state championship games since he was in middle school.

I’d agree with most of that. It’s a great atmosphere.

Bishop had over 150 rushing in the first half, but they could only muster 7 points. Karns took the opening kickoff in the 3rd qtr down to the goal line in 16 plays, but Bishop dropped the ball as he was about to score. Halls still leads 21-7 late in the 3rd.

Halls drives into Karns territory, but a questionable spot on 4th and short gives the ball back to Karns with about a min left in the 3rd.

Bishop has close to 250 yards.

Bishop has broken 300, but the Beavers trail 28-14 early in the 4th qtr.

41 carries for 301 yards, according to Dan Fleser of 5 Star Preps.  2 TDs.
