So what direction you think would be wise to go with this job.  I know that people from other places would just apply and see what happens, but to people that know the place...they know better.

I have no clue who you are referencing...but doesn't seem like that are with it when it comes to making LC a better place

So....Honestly what would it take to really make LC a place that would be desirable.  I mean we know they arent good, they dont have many kids that play, but what would have to happen

Sounds like a place that a man should avoid at all cost.... I mean it needs some industry for sure, but then again, leadership is what seems to be the biggest issue.  Really a shame for places like this to have to suffer because of the folks that are in charge in the community.  From looking at it as an outsider, seems like the AD is an LC guy, the faculty is a lot of LC people, the families dont move out or move on.  They just stay and complain

Just heard through the wire.... says that the AD is asking for help on this one.  Its a big decision.  Hire within or try to go search out and get a guy that has resume thats been built up. No matter how built up.  Also heard they be losing DC to Loudon
