You are full of it. He was hurt few games ago. There are Fayetteville guys on here that says he was hurt and was in a boot one game on the sideline.  The question is whether he is healed up

He had a boot on the cornersville game thats facts. talked with a buddy of mine from down their as of last thursday and he said he has cleared to play but def still injured more of a pain tolerance at this point. Played their last game of the season. I would expect him to play this week in some type of role. Id say they for sure saved him week 1 knowing gleason had no chance of winning.

Must see game Friday night. Mckenzie has a very talented offense and stellar ball club in general. The Taylor kid is tough and #26 I think it is.. is a fun one to watch as well. They will be in the game but at the end of the night I just dont think Mckenzie gets by those Fayetteville boys. Will be the most talented team size wise and speed wise that they have seen all year. If Dresden gave Mckenzie fits up front City will live in the backfield. Fayetteville eliminates a lot of those matchups Mckenzie created all year on offense. Defensively can Mckenzie handle that oline and the skill players Fayetteville lines up. #9 #11 and #14 #1 and #7 aren't an easy task to stop def #9 that kid is by far under the radar because he should have several offers all ready really special talent. Ill go Fayetteville 26 ( because they love going for 2) Mckenzie 21

If mckenzie o line and d line hasn't improved since dresden Fayetteville would be playing cornersville. We have gotten better every week. Maybe just me but I don't think Fayetteville line is just going to  live in the back field

Not totally disagreeing but I think your right and left tackles still struggle and that could make it tough on #11 back their friday night going vs Fayettevilles edge rushers. Yall win that game vs Cornersville even if you had that same oline vs Dresden just due to having more athletes imo but thats only worth 2 cents. If yall are to win this friday on the road what must yall do to come out on top?

    • What’s sad Barney is the cards in the deck are stacked against them.  With the success the MAVS are having just down I-75, any talented players are heading that way. I always said what the Price twins did there was second to none, making the playoffs and winning a playoff game is the ceiling there. On a great year, maybe a q-final appearance but that is a big stretch.  Finding a coach there is very tough. I feel for the new coach, he’s in a very bad situation and I’m not sure he even realizes it. I understand he wants to be positive and have hope, but I don’t see them scratching a win. Maybe he will prove me wrong.
    • I agree, 2A is the only class in thet state where the west side of the bracket is tougher, not taking anything away from Marion county at all but they should run that side for years to come
    • Should be a big week in Dayton coming up with the 100th anniversary of the Scopes Monkey Trial.
    • AE has a lot of new transfers and a very good incoming freshman class to mess with the current players.  That's why I'm saying don't sleep on AE.  Many are thinking they can't get back to their winning ways but I think this 2025 team will open a lot of eyes and let the state know, AE won't be an easy win anymore.
