Two weeks ago a 1% chance was about right. This week it is much higher. Just based on common opponents and how Forrest vs Loretto turned out it may be even money by kickoff.  Forrest wins here and 6-4, maybe 7-3 is in play with a region #1 or 2 seed.  A loss at Summertown and 2-8 is not out of the question.

even 2019 squad struggled with them there. this has all the makings of a terrible game that ends 9-6 a la bama tennessee in 1990

"Common opponents" is SCARY. They hung with Wayne and Collinwood as good or better than Loretto did. Forrest might not score at all. And we know Forrest will give up 2-3 huge plays in every game.

Their defense is salty and impressive against everyone not named Lawrence County. They have one player we can't catch. We'll find out Friday if their coach can scheme him the ball and if we kick it to him. I can't wait.

Lawrence County is going to be the #3 seed in that region. The best 4 teams in that region without question are PC, Greenbrier, Lawrence County, and Marshall County. The only team in R6 that is worth their salt is DCR.

To be fair Loretto couldn’t have played worse against Wayne County
