In the east.. based on what they returned from 2021.. Gordonsville and Clay County will be hard to beat. SP is the only other team in the east with a shot.

i'm pretty sure he listed half of the schools who qualified for the playoffs. technically, he's not wrong. if they qualified for the 1st round, they're a "contender"....they just won't make it to the second.

Any of those 4 you mentioned would cruise through the east side of the bracket this year. We can only hope you guys beat each other up on the west side.

Taylor can/has been shut down that's been proven. City has multiple D1 kids on their roster and White was by far the best on the field in that game and will be vs Mckenzie as well.

Have heard a lot of folks backing that Clay co group but I think Gville if healthy breaks through this year.
