Short answer, yes. Sorrells has a hand in every hire. Also, as long as the ship is sailing right at MCHS, he couldn't care less whether Forrest or Cornersville is doing well or not.

What's funny is that with all that dedication, other than getting their doors blown off at Knox Catholic in 2016, what else have they done?

I wouldn't mind seeing ole Trent Dilfer on the sideline in Cornersville but we all know he isn't leaving Lipscomb Academy.  If/when he does, I see him going back west since he played his college ball at Fresno State and grew up in California.  He may even go to Florida since he played QB for the Bucs.  But we can all dream, right? LOL

Actually, they got beat by Knoxville Catholic in 2015, it was Knoxville Central that barely squeaked by in 2016.  That was one of the best and worst games I had seen up to that point.

Can’t blame anybody but Cornersville’s Principal and AD for this mess. Maybe they should be replaced also.

Love to see Coach Cook get the spot. The kids love him! He can bring the energy needed as head coach!
