I was expecting more from Hampton. Might be unfair to them when they win by 32 lol. Also it sounds like Hampton had an off night. They will have to play better vs Monterey. They are a good football team.

They held Oneida to 35 yards of offense -20 rushing. I would take that off night and be very happy.

LOL, very hard to argue with that. I guess since they are ranked so high I was expecting too much. And the penalties probably derailed some of their flow. The first half seemed to bog down, and the injury to the Oneida kid added to that as well. I probably shouldn't read too much into 1 game that they win by 32. But, Oneida is not a good team. They are on a downward spiral. Hampton is about to play 2 teams that are playing very well, especially in 2 weeks. Teams that I think can take advantage of some holes on defense, and teams that are better vs the run. I'm not saying they will lose but I think getting to the Quarterfinals isn't the lock that I once thought it was.

The QB for Hampton was better than I thought. Kid is a very accurate QB and made some really nice throws. You could tell they were working on sone things in the 2nd half with him.

Replied to wrong post of yours, but he's fine. By the time he got to the hospital, he was starting to regain all feeling. Just a scare.
